**Venus Soul Event Booking Terms and Conditions**

**Event Dates: November 1–8, 2025**

By booking and attending the Venus Soul event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

**1. Liability Waiver**

By purchasing a wristband and attending the event, attendees acknowledge and accept that participation is at their own risk. The organisers accept no liability for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages sustained before, during, or after the event.

**2. Travel & Insurance**

All attendees are solely responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and insurance. We strongly recommend that all attendees obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical issues, and any unforeseen circumstances.

**3. Refund Policy**

* If the event is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund for the event wristband will be issued. Cancellation insurance has been taken out to cover such scenarios.

* No refunds will be given if an attendee cancels their booking or is unable to attend for any reason.

* Hotel bookings are a separate agreement between the attendee and the hotel. Venus Soul takes no responsibility for hotel cancellations, amendments, or disputes.

**4. Force Majeure**

The organiser shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of the event caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.

**5. Personal Responsibility**

Attendees are fully responsible for their own health, safety, conduct, and personal belongings throughout the event. The organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

**6. Payment Policy**

* A booking is only confirmed once full payment for the event wristband has been received by Venus Soul.

* Once your wristband is secured, you are responsible for booking your hotel accommodation directly with the venue, including arranging payment and any changes or cancellations.

**7. Artist No-Show Disclaimer**

Venus Soul cannot be held responsible for any scheduled artist or performer who is unable to appear due to illness, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
